3. Quotes and Rates
Rates quoted through this website, by email, or by phone are estimates based on the information provided and are not binding until confirmed in writing by Grid Express LLC. Rates may change based on actual weight, dimensions, commodity, accessorial requirements, fuel costs, market conditions, and detention or layover time.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Grid Express LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, arising from delay or non-delivery.
